The Austin
Taylor MiniPatch system is designed for use in small office / home office
(SOHO) installations or anywhere where a 19" rack mount box is inappropriate.
The 8U capacity provides ample capacity for most small to medium installations and the semi-gloss black finish fits unobtrusively into the office environment. A wide range of accessories are available for the MiniPatch allowing it to be used for many applications including PBX, Ethernet, Token ring & ISDN. The
MK2 Minipatch offers the same 8U height capacity but is wider and deeper.
The increased width accomodates a wider range of hubs, modems or routers
on its shelf while the increased depth may be preferred by some installers
for increased ease of wiring.
