We produce metal products in a wide range of materials from stainless steel to aluminium, mild steel to pre-galvanised. Our
CNC punch presses use data transmitted directly from our 3D design
package ensuring fast accurate work. Our powder coating plant gives a tough durable finish to our metal products. Coatings
are available in a wide range of colours and finishes ranging from simple
matt or gloss to textured coatings. Our broad client base which includes some of the largest names in the telecoms industry is evidence of our ability consistently to deliver high quality product on time, every time. Flexible
planning coupled with an experienced skilled workforce give us the ability
to respond quickly to clients enquiries and speedily deliver the finished
product.
PCB
Assembly
From
linejacks to patch panels, many of our products include printed circuit
boards. Ranging from simple voice grade linejacks to high-speed data
circuits these PCBs are designed by our own design
team. Austin
Taylor products are sold throughout the world including many countries
with harsh weather conditions. Our conformal coating facility offers
an additional level of corrosion resistance for these countries. From the smllest linejack shutter to large connection boxes our modern injection moulding shop produces the high quality plastic assemblies used throughout our product range. Materials
used include ABS, Noryl & PVC. As part of our product customisation service we are able to pre-wire many of our connection boxes and frames. Pre-wiring in a factory environment offers many advantages over traditional on-site wiring.
