Using dedicated 3D design software, they produce the right combination of plastics, metalwork, PCBs or harness work to meet the agreed specification.

Detailed 3D drawings allow designs to be verified and approved before prototype production.

This speeds up the development cycle and helps to eliminate potentially costly errors.

Approved metalwork designs are downloaded directly to our CNC punch presses to ensure fast accurate prototypes.

Our in-house printed circuit board (PCB) design and test facilities handle everything from simple single-sided to more sophisticated multi-layer boards and any mix of through-hole or surface-mount components.

These design & test facilities are supported by our own PCB prototyping equipment.

For many board designs, this eliminates any reliance on external PCB suppliers and reduces the time from completing a design iteration to obtaining test results to hours (rather than days).

Designs for plastic mouldings can be be previewed in 3D for initial approval.

The same design data can be used to produce stereo lithography models (a process which builds accurate physical models from light sensitive gel) within days.

Finally the same data can be transmitted directly to mould tool makers, again eliminating possible delays and/or errors.
